What countries do you ship to?

We’re thrilled to offer shipping across the lower 48 states, ensuring that no matter where you are, the perfect shot is never out of reach. How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Can I Buy Additional Insurance on my Package?

Yes, you can contact us at 414-574-0110 to purchase additional insurance. Be aware, if we ship the item out to you with additional insurance on it, and the item is refused or undelivered and shipped back to Impulse, Impulse reserves the right to not refund shipping expenses, including but not limited to shipping cost, 15% of the price of the product (restocking fee) & insurance.

Impulse Return & Exchange Policy

General Guidelines

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following must be met:

  • Original purchase receipt is provided.
  • Item is in new, unused condition in its original packaging, with all included materials — unfilled warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
  • The return or exchange is initiated within 10 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear; check purchases are refunded no earlier than 10 business days after the original deposit or return date. Large or high-value orders may require additional time to verify and process.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, at Impulse’s discretion, based on the item’s condition and completeness.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

  • Items marked non-returnable on their product page.
  • Special-ordered or custom-configured merchandise.
  • Opened consumables and sensitive materials — film, photo paper, tapes, bulbs, batteries, filters, software, and ink/printer cartridges.
  • Opened products from Apple, and any opened CDs, DVDs, computer software, or memory cards.
  • Items in blister packaging that has been opened.
  • Canvas backgrounds.
  • Gift cards (non-refundable; redeemable for cash only when the remaining balance is under $10, where required by law).
  • Services such as labor, delivery, and installation.
  • Items damaged through customer misuse or abuse.

Defective Merchandise

Defective items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and an unfilled warranty card. Without original packaging, or if the warranty card has been completed, the item must be serviced or replaced directly through the manufacturer.

Promotional Items & Bundles

Returning a promotional or free item deducts its value from your refund. Returning part of a bundle may void the bundle discount and result in an additional balance owed.

Used, Clearance & Final-Sale Items

All used, clearance, “as-is,” and final-sale items are sold as-is and are non-returnable. Claims for items received damaged or missing must be made within two business days of receipt. Impulse is not responsible for personal data or belongings left in returned merchandise, and our liability is limited to the purchase price of the merchandise.

Backordered & Preordered Items

Backorder and preorder orders are subject to our Cancellation Policy and the additional terms below, which you acknowledged by checking the required disclosure at checkout.

No Guaranteed Availability or Ship Date

Impulse makes no representation that any backordered or preordered item will ship or become available by any particular date. Any timeline communicated at the time of sale is an estimate only and does not constitute a promise or guarantee. The passage of time — regardless of duration — does not entitle you to cancel, modify, or receive a refund outside the terms of our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Window

You may cancel a backorder or preorder within 10 calendar days of your order confirmation date by submitting a written request to sales@impulsemke.com with your order number. Cancellation requests made by phone, in person, or through any other channel will not be accepted. Your cancellation takes effect only upon written confirmation from Impulse.

After the 10-Day Window

Once the 10-day window has passed, your order is a firm, non-cancellable commitment. Any consideration of a late cancellation is at Impulse’s sole and absolute discretion and is not a guaranteed right. If Impulse approves a cancellation after this window, a non-refundable 3% order-processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

If Impulse Cannot Fulfill Your Order

If Impulse is unable to fulfill your backorder or preorder due to discontinued availability, supplier cancellation, import restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. This full refund is your exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a backorder or preorder that is subject to these terms — including orders past the 10-day cancellation window — constitutes a breach of this agreement. Impulse will contest all such disputes and reserves the right to pursue recovery of any associated fees, costs, and losses.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

Once an order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer. Impulse does not issue refunds or replacements for orders lost, stolen, or damaged in transit unless the order was protected by Route Package Protection or carrier shipping insurance purchased at or before checkout. If you declined coverage, you must pursue a claim directly with the carrier. Coverage details and claim windows are described in our Shipping Policy.

Our Rights

Impulse reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions, and to apply a restocking fee of up to 15%.

What is our Cancellation Policy

Impulse Cancellation Policy

By placing an order with Impulse, you agree to the terms below. We’ll always try to accommodate changes, but the following govern all cancellations.

In-Stock Orders

You may request to cancel an in-stock order before it has been fulfilled. Once an order enters fulfillment (packed or shipped), it can no longer be cancelled and must be handled as a return under our Return & Exchange Policy. Cancellations are effective only once confirmed by Impulse in writing.

Backordered & Preordered Items

When you place a backorder or preorder with Impulse, your payment secures an allocation from incoming inventory. By completing your purchase and acknowledging the backorder disclosure at checkout, you agree to all of the following terms.

No Guaranteed Timeline

Impulse does not guarantee a ship date, delivery date, or availability date for any backordered or preordered item. Fulfillment timelines depend on factors outside Impulse’s control, including manufacturer production schedules, import logistics, tariffs, and supplier allocation. The passage of time — including waits of weeks, months, or longer — does not constitute grounds for cancellation after the 10-day window below, and does not create any new or additional cancellation rights.

10-Day Cancellation Window

You may cancel your backorder or preorder without penalty within 10 calendar days of your order confirmation date. To cancel, email sales@impulsemke.com with your order number in the subject line (e.g., “Cancellation Request – Order #12345”). Requests made by phone, in person, or through any other channel will not be accepted. Your cancellation becomes effective only upon written confirmation from Impulse.

After the 10-Day Window

After the 10-calendar-day window, your order is a firm, non-cancellable commitment. You have no automatic right to cancel, and Impulse is under no obligation to approve any cancellation request received after this window. At its sole and absolute discretion, Impulse may consider a late cancellation, subject to a non-refundable 3% order-processing fee deducted from your refund. Choosing not to approve a late cancellation is not a breach of any obligation to you.

Extended Wait Times

An extended fulfillment timeline — including delays of weeks, months, or longer — does not modify, waive, or override these cancellation terms. If the timing of your order is a concern, please contact us before purchasing so we can share current lead-time estimates. Impulse’s inability to provide a specific ship date does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation after the 10-day window has passed.

Price Lock

The price at the time of your order is locked in and will be honored at fulfillment. The only exception is a tariff-driven adjustment, as described in our Tariff Pricing Changes policy. If a required price adjustment applies to your order and you do not wish to proceed at the revised price, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 5 business days of written notification from Impulse.

If Impulse Cannot Fulfill Your Order

If Impulse is unable to fulfill your order for any reason — including supplier discontinuation, import restrictions, manufacturer cancellation, or force majeure events — we will cancel your order and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. This is your sole and exclusive remedy in such circumstances.

Force Majeure

Impulse is not liable for delays or failures to fulfill caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, trade restrictions, import and export controls, supplier failures, or other force majeure events.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a backorder or preorder within these agreed terms — including any order for which the 10-day cancellation window has expired — constitutes a breach of this agreement. Impulse will contest all such chargebacks, submit all available documentation including your checkout acknowledgement, and reserves the right to recover all associated fees, costs, and losses.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email sales@impulsemke.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request – Order #[your order number],” your full name, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and notify you in writing of our decision.

Special & Custom Orders

Items special-ordered or configured to your specifications cannot be cancelled once placed with our supplier and are non-refundable.

Orders Already Shipped

Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. They may be eligible for return under our Return & Exchange Policy, subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method, less any applicable fees, within 7–10 business days of approval.

Our Rights

Impulse reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time — including for pricing or tariff errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortfalls — and to contest cancellation or chargeback claims that don’t follow this policy.

Do you guarantee a ship date on backordered or preordered items?

No. Backordered and preordered items do not have a guaranteed ship date. Fulfillment timelines depend on our suppliers, manufacturers, import logistics, and factors outside our control. Any estimate we provide at the time of purchase is informational only and is not a promise or commitment.
