The SKB 3RR-5U24-25B is a 5U shock-mounted rack case built to transport sensitive rack-mounted electronics — mixers, amps, wireless systems — without the bumps of touring or field work reaching the gear inside. Its 30-inch rail-to-rail depth gives it room for deeper rack gear than a standard shallow case, making it a good fit for larger-format audio or broadcast equipment. It's designed for touring crews and rental houses that need a case tough enough to check as freight and reliable enough to protect a serious equipment investment.

• Shock-isolated interior: 8 elastomeric shock absorbers support a standard payload of 40-150 lbs (extendable to 160-300 lbs as a special order), isolating rack gear from impact.
• Military-rated shell: Roto-molded from Linear Medium Density Polyethylene that meets or exceeds MIL-STD-810G for impact and environmental resistance.
• Deep rail spacing: 30" rail-to-rail depth with a standard 19" rack width per ANSI/EIA-310-C, and square-hole rails that accept both #10-32 US and 6mm international cage nuts.
• Slide-out removable rack: The interior rack slides open like a file drawer with a "positive lock" latch and is fully removable for bench work.
• Field-ready hardware: 8 spring-loaded comfort-grip lift handles, an automatic pressure relief valve, gasketed lids with lid hangers, and recessed black powder-coated stainless hardware.
