The MID49 Upper Cage for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K is a form-fitting cage built with 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 ARRI-spaced threaded holes throughout, adding rigging options and cable protection to the camera.
- ARRI-Spaced Threaded Holes: 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting points with ARRI accessory pins in several places on the cage.
- 15mm Accessory Rods Included: Provide threaded holes, a shoe mount, and a recess for the optional Audio Breakout AB-6, which converts the camera's mini XLRs to full-size XLRs.
- HDMI and USB Protector Clamps: Secure cables in place, with a front lens support mount for third-party adapters like Metabones.
- Top and Bottom ARCA Swiss Dovetails: Top slot accepts the ARCA Top Handle or Top Plate; bottom slot attaches to the Baseline 15mm Baseplate for correct lens height (sold separately).
