It's aimed at cinematographers who own manual PL glass but want the option of real autofocus, including face detection and eye tracking, on cameras like the Sony FX3, FX30, or FX6. Instant AF/MF override keeps manual pull control available whenever a cinematographer wants it.

• Converts Manual Lenses to Autofocus: Translates a supported camera's native phase-detection autofocus data into precise motor-driven focus movements on fully manual cinema glass.
• Face Detection and Eye Tracking: Leverages the camera's existing AF capabilities, including face detection and eye tracking, through the Nucleus ecosystem.
• Built-In Lens Profile Library: A built-in library eliminates calibration for supported lenses; unsupported lenses can be manually calibrated and saved via the adapter's onboard UI.
• Instant AF/MF Override: Switches instantly between autofocus and manual control for precise focus pulls or creative racks (Manual Override requires the Nucleus-M II FIZ Hand Unit).
• Electronic Iris Control: With two wireless motors in use, the system also enables electronic iris adjustment via the camera.
