The L-308X-U blends photo and video metering into one pocket-sized meter, with a sliding lumisphere that switches between incident and reflected readings through a 40° reception angle. It covers a 0 to 19.9 EV metering range at ISO 100 with exposure times from 1/8000 down to 60 seconds, plus a flash range of f/1.0 to f/90.9 at ISO 100 measurable either corded via PC sync or cordlessly. Three modes cover the different jobs: Photo mode with aperture/shutter priority, Cine mode for selecting 8-128 fps frame rates at one-tenth stop accuracy, and HD Cine mode for shooting video on a DSLR or mirrorless body.
