Softron Deltacast 12G/4C Card

The Softron Deltacast 12G/4C Card is a multi-channel 12G-SDI capture and playout card built for high-end UHD and 8K applications like media servers and GPU-based CG systems. Eight independent ports can be configured as inputs or outputs, with four of them supporting full 12G-SDI line rates for anything from SD up to native 4K UHD, and 8K when the channels are teamed together. It's aimed at facilities that need one compact, flexible I/O card rather than separate capture and playout hardware for different formats.

• 8 independent 3G-SDI ports: Configurable as inputs or outputs, with 4 of the 8 supporting full 12G-SDI line rates.
• Up to 8x HD or 4x UHD at 60p: Captures and plays out without compromise over Square Division, 2-Sample Interleave, or 12G interfaces.
• 8K capture via channel teaming: Combines four channels as four 4K quadrants or via 2-Sample Interleave for up to 60p 8K.
• Low-latency DMA engine: Reduces processing delay for real-time capture and playout applications.
• HDR format and 3G-B dual stream support: Handles HDR content and dual-stream HFR camera signals in one card.
• LTC reference input: Syncs the card to house timecode for multi-device productions.
