Description
This is a JPEG2000-based AV-over-IP encoder built for installs needing near-lossless video distribution over standard Ethernet rather than dedicated video cable runs. The encoder input accepts up to 4K60, while the paired decoder outputs up to 4K30, and beyond video it carries USB2.0/KVM, bidirectional RS-232, two-way IR, and POE over the same 1G Ethernet connection. A secondary H.265 stream, isolated on its own VLAN, lets third-party control apps preview video content without competing with the primary JPEG2000 signal's bandwidth.
- 4K60 input, 4K30 output: JPEG2000 mainstream codec plus a standard H.265 secondary stream for low-bandwidth preview.
- Full KVM and control passthrough: USB2.0/KVM, bidirectional RS-232, two-way IR, and CEC guest-mode control over Ethernet.
- Video wall and matrix support: point-to-point, video matrix, or video wall up to 9x9 with intelligent class management.
- 1G Ethernet with POE: unicast and multicast support, compatible with standard Ethernet switches, routers, and hubs.
- Full HDMI audio pass-through: LPCM, Dolby Digital/Plus/EX, Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Atmos, and DTS formats up to DTS:X.
