NiSi 100x150mm Nano IR Hard Graduated Neutral Density Filter - GND8 (0.9) - 3 Stop

This hard-edged graduated ND has a sudden transition from dense to clear, built for scenes with a sharp, unbroken horizon line like an open seascape rather than a landscape with trees or buildings crossing the skyline. At 3 stops (0.9 density), it's suited to a sudden brightness jump between foreground and sky, and shooting away from the light source with it can produce dramatic, moody skies. NiSi cautions against using hard-edged GNDs where elements protrude above the horizon, since those elements will appear unnaturally dark above the transition line.
