The Explorer VX-UN Vertical Explorer Universal L Bracket is a two-piece CNC-machined aluminum L-bracket that lets a camera switch between horizontal and vertical orientation on a tripod while keeping weight balanced over the center column.
- Weight: CNC-machined aluminum construction with a gray anodized finish weighs just 99g (3.5 oz).
- Clamp Compatibility: Fully compatible with both Arca-type and Really Right Stuff lever clamps.
- Accessory Mounting: Multiple 1/4" mounting threads on the bottom and side support accessories like video lights or microphones via mounting arms or cold shoe adapters.
- Security Features: Anti-slip rubber pads and dual safety stops minimize lateral movement and help prevent the camera from sliding out of the clamp.
- Two-Piece Design: Splits into two independent pieces, each usable on its own as a standard quick-release plate.
- Panning Use: When inverted vertically on a ball head with a panning clamp, it can double as a panning tilt head for video.
