SmallRig's Mini Side Handle Kit gives handheld shooters a compact, ergonomic grip point for cages with 1/4"-20 mounting holes. It's offered in two configurations: a simple screw-mount model and a 2-in-1 version that adds a NATO quick-release clamp for faster setup changes across compatible cages.
- Two Mount Options: Model 5946 is a fixed 1/4"-20 screw mount; Model 5948 adds a NATO quick-release clamp for rapid swaps.
- 30mm Vertical Adjustment: Fine-tunes the camera's balance point to reduce fatigue on extended handheld shoots.
- Integrated Cold Shoe and 1/4"-20 Thread: Mounts a microphone, LED light, or monitor directly on the handle to simplify cabling.
- 112g Lightweight Build: Contoured, ambidextrous grip designed for comfort without adding meaningful weight to the rig.
- Tool-Free Assembly: Includes a magnetic Allen wrench; Model 5948 ships complete with both screw and NATO connectors plus a NATO rail.
