The MID49 Base Kit for Canon C80 is a lighter-weight rigging kit built around the C80's own cage, adding ARCA-Swiss mounting points for a top handle, baseplate, and optional audio breakout.
- Form-Fitting Upper Cage: Threaded 1/4-20, 3/8-16, and M4x20mm mounting points plus a shoe mount and 15mm rod clamp sized for the Canon C80.
- ARCA-Swiss Quick-Release Baseplate: Baseline 15mm LW Core baseplate mounts an ARRI dovetail on the bottom for standard rig compatibility.
- ARCA Top Handle: Sliding handle with 1/4-20, 3/8-16 threads, ARRI locating pins, M4x20mm holes, and two hot shoe mounts.
- Optional Audio Breakout AB-4: Adapts the C80's two mini XLR inputs to standard full-size XLR connectors.
- Lens Support Adapter: Accepts 3rd-party lens adapters such as Metabones for additional lens compatibility.
