Description
The SmallRig Cage for Sony FX30/FX3 is a modular cage combining a NATO rail module and a U-shaped cage module for rigging out the camera.
- Modular Design: The NATO rail secures on top with two 1/4"-20 screws and lets you reattach the original XLR top handle after disassembly; the U-shaped cage module bolts on both sides and the bottom to resist twisting.
- HDMI Cable Clamp: Includes a dedicated cable clamp for HDMI to protect the port and keep the signal stable during shooting.
- Quick Release Plate: Bottom QR plate is Arca-compatible and works with DJI RS 2, RSC 2, RS 3, and RS 3 Pro gimbals.
- Strap & Handle Mounting Points: Strap holes on both sides and the bottom accept SmallRig hand and shoulder straps, plus a bottom QD socket for a QD shoulder strap.
- Accessory Mounting: 1/4"-20 holes fit a Magic Arm, a locating hole suits an ARRI top handle, the side NATO rail attaches a side handle, and a built-in cold shoe mounts a microphone or LED light.
- Included Tool: Ships with a magnetic wrench for easy disassembly and assembly.
