The Blackmagic Design DeckLink IP HD is a PCIe capture and playback card built for broadcast engineers moving SDI-based workflows into SMPTE-2110 IP infrastructure. It supports 3 channels of simultaneous capture and playback over a single 10G Ethernet connection, with a built-in video firewall that isolates the card from network-based security threats.
- 3-Channel 2110 IP Capture and Playback: Supports all 720p, 1080i, and 1080p video standards up to 1080p60 across 3 simultaneous capture/playback channels.
- Single 10G Ethernet Connection: Connects to SMPTE-2110 IP broadcast systems via a single RJ45-style 10G Ethernet port.
- SMPTE-2110 Standards Compliance: Supports SMPTE-2110-20 uncompressed video, -21 traffic shaping, -30 audio, and -40 ancillary data, with PTP clock sync.
- Built-In Video Firewall: Isolates the Ethernet port from anything other than video and audio, protecting the network from rogue software or hackers.
- 4-Lane PCIe Interface: A high-speed 4-lane PCI Express connection delivers low latency and accurate time synchronization for capture and playback.
