The Teranex Mini Analog to SDI 12G converts legacy analog sources like Betacam SP, VHS, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles into clean SD, HD, or Ultra HD SDI video up to 2160p60. It's aimed at facilities that still need to pull footage off aging analog decks into a modern SDI-based edit or broadcast chain. Because the SDI output is user-selectable, the same converter can output HD from composite or S-Video sources, or Ultra HD from component HD.
- Converts analog to SD/HD/12G-SDI: Handles component, composite, S-Video, NTSC, and PAL sources up to 2160p60 output.
- Ideal for archiving legacy sources: Converts Betacam SP, VHS, set-top boxes, and gaming consoles to modern SDI quality.
- Balanced analog and AES/EBU audio inputs: 2 channels of analog XLR or 4 channels of AES/EBU digital audio, with timecode input option.
- User-selectable SDI output: Switches between HD and Ultra HD output depending on the source format.
- SDI re-clocking: Regenerates the video signal for optimal quality on long cable runs.
