Description
The Blackmagic Teranex Mini SDI to Audio 12G de-embeds audio from any SD, HD, or Ultra HD SDI video connection for output to a wide range of audio equipment. It's built to bridge SDI-based video workflows into analog and digital audio gear like mixers, monitors, and broadcast decks.
- 12G-SDI input with loop output: Accepts 1x 12G-SDI input with SD/HD/2K/4K auto switching, plus a 12G-SDI loop output.
- 4-channel AES/EBU digital audio: Outputs professional 110-ohm balanced digital audio via XLR connectors, with the right XLR configurable for timecode output.
- 2-channel analog audio output: Outputs balanced analog audio via XLR or unbalanced line-level audio via RCA.
- Optical S/PDIF output: TOSLINK connector outputs S/PDIF digital audio.
- Automatic multi-rate support: Automatically switches between SD, HD, 2K, and 4K.
- USB or Ethernet configuration: Settings and firmware updates are managed over USB or Ethernet, with signal re-clocking built in.
