Description
The Blackmagic Teranex Mini Audio to SDI 12G embeds analog or digital audio into any SD, HD, Ultra HD, or DCI 4K SDI video connection. It's built to bring audio from mixers, iPods, or analog decks into an SDI-based video workflow.
- 12G-SDI input and output: 1x 12G-SDI input and 1x 12G-SDI output with automatic SD/HD/2K/4K switching.
- 2-channel analog audio input: Accepts balanced analog audio via XLR or unbalanced line-level audio via RCA, with the right XLR configurable for timecode input.
- 4-channel AES/EBU digital audio input: Embeds professional 110-ohm balanced digital audio via XLR connectors.
- Optical S/PDIF input: TOSLINK connector accepts S/PDIF digital audio.
- Automatic multi-rate support: Automatically switches between SD, HD, 2K, and 4K.
- USB or Ethernet configuration: Settings and firmware updates are managed over USB or Ethernet, with signal re-clocking built in.
