The Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Extreme ISO G2 is a compact, high-end live production switcher built for teams producing multi-camera broadcasts, livestreams, and studio productions that need broadcast-grade features without a full studio truck. It switches up to 8 HDMI inputs with 4 onboard Advanced Chroma Keyers for virtual sets, records an ISO file of every input plus program simultaneously, and streams directly to RTMP and SRT platforms with no extra computer or software required. Thunderbolt and 10G Ethernet connectivity tie it directly into a DaVinci Resolve edit workflow, including automatic sync to Blackmagic Cloud.
- 8-input switching with multi-view: Switches up to 8 standards-converted HDMI inputs with 3 independent HDMI outputs and a built-in multi-view for monitoring all sources at once.
- Full ISO recording: Records ISO files of all 8 inputs plus the program feed simultaneously to CFexpress or external disk, along with a matching DaVinci Resolve project file for instant re-editing.
- Built-in streaming engine: Streams directly to RTMP and SRT platforms without a computer, with SRT providing low-latency, secure transmission.
- Quad virtual-set keying: Includes 4 upstream Advanced Chroma Keyers plus a SuperSource multi-layer processor with 4 extra DVE layers for building virtual sets across multiple cameras.
- Thunderbolt and 10G Ethernet workflow: Thunderbolt enables simultaneous capture and playback for live-action replay in DaVinci Resolve, while 10G Ethernet exposes the internal CFexpress card as network storage.
- Broadcast-grade audio: A built-in Fairlight audio mixer handles every HDMI and XLR/MADI input with 6-band parametric EQ, compression, and full panning per channel.
