Description
The Blackmagic Design ATEM Talkback Converter 4K is a broadcast talkback system built for live production crews running up to 8 cameras that need reliable crew communication over existing SDI cabling. It uses embedded audio channels 15 and 16, the same standard used by Blackmagic Studio Cameras and the ATEM Camera Converter.
- 8-Camera Talkback Over SDI: Handles talkback for up to 8 cameras using embedded audio channels 15 and 16, with loop-through support for more than 8 cameras.
- 12G-SDI for All Formats: Supports 12G-SDI for all SD, HD, and Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60.
- Optical Fiber Extension: An optical fiber socket accepts an SFP module to extend camera distances when needed.
- Push-to-Talk Controls: Includes push-to-talk buttons, support for common aviation headsets, a built-in speaker, and a front panel mic input.
