- Free two-way shipping: Canon provides a pre-paid shipping label for service and repairs.
- Genuine Canon service: Repairs are performed by Canon factory-trained technicians using genuine Canon parts, with 5-business-day service on most claims.
- Annual maintenance included: Canon Maintenance Service, including sensor cleaning for EOS cameras and EF/RF lenses, is included once per year of coverage.
- Transferable coverage: Plan benefits can be transferred if the covered product is gifted or sold during the coverage period.
