Key Features
The Viltrox EPIC Memento is a seven-lens PL-mount anamorphic prime set (25/35/50/65/75/100/135mm) built for full-frame cinema cameras, with a silver flare character tuned for a clean, modern anamorphic look. It's aimed at DPs shooting narrative or commercial work who want a distinct, contemporary flare signature they can carry consistently across an entire focal range. Because every lens in the set shares matched color and mechanics, it's built to move through a shot list without visual seams between focal lengths.
- Silver flare rendering: Delivers a clean, industrial-grade flare character distinct from traditional warm anamorphic flares.
- T2.0 maximum aperture: Most focal lengths open to T2.0, with the 65mm at T2.8 and 135mm at T2.4 for macro and telephoto work.
- 1.33x anamorphic squeeze: Constant compression ratio across all seven focal lengths preserves natural facial proportions and true widescreen extraction.
- Minimized focus breathing: Reduces angle-of-view shift during focus pulls for stable framing in dynamic scenes.
- Unified mechanical design: Matched gear positions and consistent color across the set allow fast lens changes mid-shoot.
