Description
The EtherWAN EX73900X is a hardened, DIN-rail mounted managed Ethernet switch built for power substations, transportation, and urban infrastructure deployments where reliability under extreme conditions is critical. It combines up to 12 gigabit Ethernet ports with four dual-rate 10G SFP+ uplinks, operating fanless across a -40°C to 75°C range, and carries IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 certification specifically for power substation environments. Built-in VRRP redundancy and a dying gasp SNMP trap alert operators immediately if a unit loses power.
- 12 Gigabit Ports Plus 4 SFP+ Uplinks: Combines copper and fiber connectivity in one hardened switch.
- Power Substation Certified: Meets IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613 standards alongside NEMA TS2 and UL certification.
- Fanless -40°C to 75°C Operation: Built for high impact, thermal shock, and electrical noise resistance in harsh environments.
- VRRP Redundancy: Reduces broadcast traffic and improves network resilience for critical infrastructure links.
- Dying Gasp SNMP Trap: Sends an immediate power-loss alert to network management before the unit goes offline.
- Static Routing, RIP, and OSPF Support: Full Layer 3 routing capability for complex network topologies.
