Explore Scientific 2" Field Flattener - FFEDAPO-01

The FFEDAPO-01 is a 2" field flattener designed for cropped-sensor cameras (APS-C and smaller) on Explore Scientific's Achromatic Doublet (DAR), Essential Series, and FCD100 Series refractors at 80mm, 102mm, and 127mm apertures. It corrects the curved focal plane inherent to refractor designs, which can otherwise ruin long astrophotography exposures at the edge of the field.

• Corrects edge-of-field curvature: Built specifically for refracting telescopes' curved focal plane.
• 55mm back focus (±2mm): Fully multi-coated optics.
• 2" filter threaded: Accepts a 2" filter and slides into a standard 2" eyepiece holder.
• Not for full-frame sensors: Designed to flatten the field for APS-C and smaller sensors only.
