Key Features
The Irix 15mm f/2.4 Blackstone is an ultra-wide lens built for full-frame and APS-C Nikon F cameras, with an Infinity Click focus stop that makes it especially suited to night and astro photography.
- 110° Field of View: Ultra-wide coverage with minimal distortion (2%) and almost no vignetting.
- 15 Elements in 11 Groups: Includes 4 refractive, 2 ED, and 3 aspherical elements for excellent resolution.
- Blackstone Full-Metal Construction: Reinforced housing with engraved, UV-reactive-filled markings for easy focusing in the dark; includes a hard case.
- Infinity Click Focus Stop: A small indentation lets you feel the exact moment the lens reaches infinity focus.
- Rear Gel Filter Slot: Accepts gray ND filters at the rear, a feature unique to the Irix 15mm f/2.4 and 11mm f/4.0.
- 95mm Front Filter Thread: Works with Irix Edge 95mm low-profile filters and the dedicated Irix Filter Holder and Square Filter system.
