The Prism Lens FX Macro FX Filter is a close-up diopter that screws onto the front of your lens and dramatically shortens its minimum focus distance, letting you shoot extreme close-ups without buying a dedicated macro or probe lens. It works on any lens with a matching filter thread, for both photo and video.
It comes in two strengths: Full (equivalent to about a +10 diopter) for extreme magnification, and Half (about +4) for a gentler extension of your lens's close-focus range. Expect a shallow depth of field at these magnifications; stopping down and using a tripod or steady support helps keep detail sharp.
