NewBlue Product Commissioning is an on-site verification service, not a physical product, in which NewBlue's Field Support Group travels to your facility to confirm a NewBlue installation is properly configured before you go live. It's built for broadcast facilities that want installation, cabling, and network configuration professionally checked rather than troubleshooting issues after they're on air.
- On-Site Field Support Visit: A NewBlue technician verifies that your product has been properly installed, configured, and connected.
- Full System Check: Reviews cabling, software versions, network configuration, and connected accessories.
- 4-Week Advance Notice Required: Booking requires pre-approval and a minimum of four weeks' notice via sales@newblueinc.com.
- End-User Details Needed at Booking: Requires end-user contact information and tentative scheduling dates.
- Travel and Expenses Billed Separately: Quoted costs for the visit do not include travel and expenses.
- Taxable in Some Jurisdictions: Sales tax may apply depending on your location.
