The NiSi 77mm Nano Coating Graduated Neutral Density Filter GND16 1.2 is a graduated ND filter built to bring an overly bright part of a scene, like a sky, into a camera's dynamic range while leaving the rest of the image at normal exposure. Made from H-K9L environmental optical glass, ground and polished on both sides for high parallelism and sharpness, it applies its neutral density coating at 200°C for a smooth, gradual transition rather than a harsh line. Anti-electrostatic, anti-reflective, and waterproof coatings on both sides keep it clean and resistant to fading over years of use.

• Graduated exposure control: Half the filter is neutral density, transitioning gradually into a clear half, letting a bright sky and a darker subject both expose correctly in the same frame.
