The NiSi ATHENA Black Mist 1/4 is a drop-in diffusion filter built specifically for the drop-in slot on NiSi's ATHENA cinema prime lenses, used to soften contrast and blemishes for a more cinematic look.
- Effect: Diffuses highlights and lifts shadows for a softened, cinematic contrast range, and is commonly used to soften wrinkles and blemishes on subjects.
- Strength: This is the 1/4 grade of the ATHENA Black Mist line.
- Build: High-grade optical glass set in an aluminum frame, sized to snap directly into the drop-in filter slot on NiSi Athena lenses.
- Compatibility: Compatible with NiSi ATHENA Full Frame Primes that have a drop-in filter slot.
