The NiSi Explorer Collection 100x100mm Nano IR Neutral Density Filter ND1000 (3.0) is part of NiSi's adventure-ready Explorer Series, built from hardened B270 tempered glass that's double the strength of a typical glass filter.
- 10-Stop Light Reduction: Enables a wider aperture or slower shutter speed than normally possible for motion blur and depth-of-field control.
- Hardened B270 Tempered Glass: Special hardening process makes the Explorer Series much less prone to accidental breakage than standard glass filters.
- True Neutral Color: Doesn't affect image coloration, with nano coating to prevent losing detail.
- Infrared Protection Coating: Eliminates the unwanted red color cast that ND filters can introduce at small apertures.
- Fits the NiSi 100mm Filter System: Compatible with lenses that have a standard filter thread from 49mm to 95mm.
