The Opticis OMM1000 is the same modular 16x16 matrix platform, switching DVI, HDMI, SDI, and DisplayPort sources to up to sixteen displays from one mainframe. It's suited to control rooms and AV installs that need flexible signal routing across mixed formats without dedicating a separate switcher to each one. Support for dual-link DVI and long-distance optical DVI extension makes it practical for larger venues where cable runs exceed standard copper limits.
- Dual-link DVI cards: Configure 2x2 up to 8x8 dual-link DVI routing alongside the standard single-link cards.
- Optical DVI extension: Pairs with OPTICIS fiber DVI extension modules for signal runs up to 1km over a single fiber.
- DDC/HDCP support: Fully executes Display Data Channel and HDCP handshaking on electrical DVI and HDMI cards.
- User-assignable EDID: Lets installers designate EDID per input for wide source and display compatibility.
- Multiple control interfaces: Programmable via front-panel keys, RS-232, or TCP/IP using terminal, telnet, or web browser software.
- Optional quad multiviewer card: Adds multi-image monitoring without a separate external multiviewer.
