Opticis Fiber Optic Multi-Format Converter

The Opticis Fiber Optic Multi-Format Converter (OMVC 200) is built to move legacy and digital video signals over fiber for the long runs and electrically noisy environments where standard copper cable falls short. It takes DVI, VGA, component, S-Video, or composite input and converts the active signal to a single fiber DVI output, useful for consolidating mixed video sources from different generations of gear onto one transmission line. It's the kind of purpose-built converter an integrator reaches for on distance or isolation problems that ordinary extenders can't solve.

• Long-haul fiber transmission: Converts to fiber DVI and drives uncompressed WUXGA (1920x1200) @ 60Hz signals up to 500 meters (1,640 feet) over a single SC multimode fiber.
