The OptoLink 20M DisplayPort 1.4 Active Optical Cable (LSZH) extends 8K DisplayPort signal without the scaling or compression that copper alternatives often need at long distances. It's aimed at AV integrators pushing 8K or high-refresh 4K content across a 20-meter run who need a cable that behaves like standard copper DisplayPort but performs far beyond copper's range. No external power supply is needed to operate it.
- 8K DSC (7680x4320) @60Hz over 100m: Extends up to 8K DSC resolution at 60Hz over distances up to 100m/328ft.
- 32.4Gbps Data Rate: Supports up to 32.4Gbps total bandwidth at 8.1Gbps per lane (HBR3).
- No External Power Required: Operates using only the TX and RX ends of the cable, with no external power supply or additional setup.
- Multi-Channel Audio Support: Carries Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio alongside 3D content transmission.
- LSZH, Plenum, or TPU Jacket Options: Available in plenum, LSZH, or TPU-graded jacket types to match different installation requirements.
