The OptoLink LHM2-P active optical cable is built for installers who need a plenum-rated HDMI run capable of true 4K resolution over long distances without adding a separate power supply. Its plenum jacket makes it suitable for routing through air-handling spaces in commercial and institutional buildings where jacket rating is a code requirement. It's aimed at the same mission-critical, digital signage, and cinema display applications as OptoLink's other active optical cable lines.
- 4K DCI resolution over 100m: Transmits true 4096x2160 @60Hz (RGB & YCbCr 4:4:4) up to 100 meters (328 feet) without degradation.
- Plenum-graded hybrid cable: Rated for routing through air-handling spaces per commercial fire code.
- No external power required: Draws operating power from the source device to transmit the HDMI 2.0 signal.
- HDCP 2.2 and EDID compliant, with HDR support: Passes 10- or 12-bit HDR content along with 3D signals while maintaining a secure, compliant connection.
- Rugged build: Rated for 500N pulling and crush-load strength with a 6mm bend radius.
