The Rencher Industries Polarity Tester for 2-Pin Lemo Cables is built to prevent one of the most common causes of on-set equipment damage: plugging a 2-pin Lemo cable into a device it wasn't wired for. Plugging the source side into an 8-36V DC power source and the device side into the tester shows whether pin-1 is ground or positive via a red or green glow. It's a small, purpose-built safeguard for crews running multiple Lemo-cabled devices with different polarity wiring.
