The SmallRig "Night Eagle" Cage Kit for Nikon Z 8 4317 is a retro-styled handheld cage kit featuring gun brown curved surfaces with gold accent lines and Nikon-inspired design elements — providing ergonomic handheld support, comprehensive camera protection, and versatile accessory expansion for the Nikon Z 8.
- Retro aesthetic: gun brown curved cage with gold lines, classic Nikon Z 8 gold ring, red marks, and retro leather elements
- Kit includes cage, ergonomic top handle, HDMI & USB-C cable clamp, and detachable cold shoe mount
- Press-and-flip cable clamp design: open interface cover without disassembling; prevents cable disconnection and ensures stable transmission
- Detachable cold shoe mount with anti-twist positioning pin; installs on both sides and top of cage for LED video lights and microphones
- Ergonomic handle with hidden 1/4"-20 screw, 3/8"-16 screw, and two M2.5 screws for comfortable grip and low-angle shooting
- Multiple mounting interfaces: 1/4"-20 threaded hole, 3/8"-16 threaded hole, ARRI 3/8"-16 locating hole, cold shoe mount, NATO rail, Arca-Swiss quick release plate, and QD port
- Compatible with side handles (ID 3847, 2093, 4017), shoulder straps (ID 3848), tripods (ID 3989, 3850), and WR-R11a Remote Controller; note: remove shoulder straps from both sides before installing
