Key Features
The Zacuto Sony FX6 Z-Finder is an optical viewfinder loupe built specifically for the FX6's LCD monitor. It's aimed at run-and-gun shooters who need to block ambient light and steady the camera against their eye rather than composing off an open screen. A flip-up frame keeps the finder attached to the LCD but lets a director or client see the screen directly when needed.
- 2.5x Magnification with Diopter: Magnifies the FX6's LCD by 2.5x with a diopter wheel for focus tuning to your eye.
- Diopter Range -4.0 to 0.0: The included lens and Extender Frames cover a diopter range of -4.0 to 0.0, with optional drop-in diopters (-1 to +4) for further correction.
- Flip-Up Mounting Frame: A flip-up frame slides onto the FX6 LCD and locks in place, with a red lever to flip the finder up without removing it.
- 15mm Rod Mounting Bracket: The included mounting bracket attaches via the Sony 15mm rod mount or the Sony adapter.
- Aluminum Sun Mask: A built-in aluminum sun mask protects the LCD screen from sunlight.
- Lifetime Warranty: Non-electronic Zacuto products, made in the USA, carry a lifetime warranty.
