Softron Multicam Logger

Softron Multicam Logger is post-production software that logs camera changes during a live multi-camera event, then creates a multicam clip for Final Cut Pro X, Final Cut Pro 7, or Adobe Premiere Pro from those logs.

• Seamless ATEM Integration: Connects to the Blackmagic Design ATEM Production Switcher line over Ethernet; inputs appear immediately on the Multicam Logger screen with no complicated cabling.
• GPI Support for Any Switcher: Without an ATEM, connect via a standard GPI/tally interface using Softron's separately sold GPICommander2.
• Logs Start, End, Duration, and Input: Notes the timecode for each camera selection as the director switches between sources.
• Hardware-Agnostic Recording: Works with any recorder, including AJA KiPro, Blackmagic Design HyperDeck, or cameras with built-in memory, as long as the file type and codec are supported.
• Drag-and-Drop Multicam Clip Creation: Drop each recorded file onto its camera angle to associate it, then send the multicam clip to your editing software.
• Timecode Sources: Supports LTC, Timecode Buddy, and Mac clock; also lets you add Markers and To-Dos to your project sequence.
